The Odyssey Square 2 Square Jailbird Cruiser is a bold evolution of a classic Odyssey shape, now hotter than ever on Tour and with amateurs alike. Featuring Odyssey's trusted Versa alignment system, this centre-shafted mallet is designed for unmatched balance, square alignment, and modern forgiveness.
Built with a centre shaft positioned above the putter's centre of gravity, this model delivers a naturally square stroke path with minimal manipulation. It also promotes a subtle forward press, thanks to a built-in shaft lean that helps reduce face rotation and promote consistency throughout the stroke.
At the heart of the Jailbird Cruiser lies Odyssey's revolutionary Ai-ONE insert, developed with Artificial Intelligence. The contoured aluminum backer optimises ball speed across the face, while the co-moulded White Hot urethane layer brings back that soft, Tour-preferred feel and sound. It's the best of modern science and classic feel in one.
The Jailbird Cruiser version is built at 38" with a heavier 380-gram head and a 17" Odyssey Oversize grip--engineered to be choked down on during the stroke. This counterbalanced design adds exceptional stability and helps quiet the hands, giving players added confidence on the greens.
Each model in the Square 2 Square range comes equipped with the appropriate SL (Stroke Lab) shaft to complement the head weight and length. The Cruiser features the SL 140 steel shaft, which adds stiffness and weight for improved control and balance in longer configurations.
Visually stunning and unmistakably premium, every Square 2 Square model features a navy blue PVD finish that adds a distinctive look at address. This elegant touch also improves glare resistance and gives the putter a Tour-quality aesthetic.
Grip technology plays a key role in the Square 2 Square series. The standard length version is paired with an Odyssey Oversize grip for better feel and stability. The Cruiser model includes the longer 17" Oversize grip, while the Broomstick model is fitted with a two-piece setup to support that stroke style.
