At Golf Gear Direct, we want to make your Christmas Shopping as stress-free as possible. That's why we've extended our returns period to give you plenty of time to exchange or return any unwanted gifts.
Any orders placed from 1st November 2024 are eligible for returns up until the 31st January 2025, allowing extra flexibility during the busy holiday season.
Whether you're purchasing the latest golf equipment, apparel, or accessories for yourself or as a gift, you can shop with confidence knowing that you have until the end of January to return any items that aren't quite right. This extended return window is perfect for ensuring that any Christmas gifts can be exchanged if needed, even after the holiday period.
To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Our easy-to-use return process ensures that you can exchange your items or receive a refund without hassle.
Returns Terms and Conditions
- Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
- All returns must have a completed returns form.
- We will refund your original payment method.
- Where the item/s returned are not faulty or incorrect, it is the consumer’s responsibility to incur any postage costs
- Customised items cannot be returned.
- Gift vouchers are not refundable.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Golf Gear Direct customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to commence the return of their goods. This excludes faulty/damaged items.
- We do not offer an exchange service for incorrectly ordered goods. If you require a replacement or alternative product please visit the website and place a new order. This will simplify and speed up the receipt of your new item.
- We do not accept any returns on products that have been custom-built or that have been personalised. This excludes faulty items which can be returned in line with our standard faulty item return policy.
- All products carry a minimum full 12-month manufacturer's warranty or longer where stated.
- Should you receive a defective product please email us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange or refund. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall refund you immediately.
- Exchanged items will be sent out once we have received the defective item back from you.
- Repackage your items carefully and securely ensuring the item is in it's original packaging with all labels still attached and be sure to include any additional promotional or free items you received with your order. Steer clear of strong perfumes that may leave a scent when trying on clothing.
- If you are not entirely happy with your recent experience, please raise a complaint by contacting our Customer Team on [email protected] or call 01622 891675. We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if we are able to resolve your complaint within 14 days, we will send you a final response detailing our resolution. If we are unable to provide you with a final response during the 14 day period, we will send you a letter explaining the reason for delay and when we expect to issue you with a final response.
