There are three main types of golf bags available to buy.

1. Stand Bags. These golf bags have a built in stand which automatically ejects when placing the golf bag on the ground between shots.
These golf stand bags are designed primarily for carrying but most have a means to fix the legs in the closed position for travelling or indeed if you did want to mount the bag on a pull trolley occasionally.
