The Cobra MIM Sport-40 Putter combines classic blade styling with modern manufacturing technology to deliver precision, responsive feel and consistent roll on the greens. Featuring a traditional plumber's neck and 40° of toe hang, the Sport-40 is designed for golfers who naturally produce a slight arc throughout their putting stroke.

Manufactured from premium 304 stainless steel using Metal Injection Moulding (MIM), the Sport-40 offers exceptionally precise shaping with a compact profile and clean topline. A new precision-tuned Pebax® face insert provides a soft yet responsive impact sensation, while LA GOLF Descending Loft Technology™ and adjustable sole weighting add further performance and versatility.

CLASSIC BLADE PROFILE

The Sport-40 is shaped for golfers who prefer the clean appearance and feedback of a traditional blade putter. Its compact proportions and refined topline provide a simple, confidence-inspiring appearance behind the golf ball without the additional bulk of a mallet design.

A plumber's neck hosel complements the classic profile and creates 40° of toe hang, allowing the face to rotate naturally throughout a slight-arc putting stroke.

PRECISION MIM CONSTRUCTION

Cobra manufactures the Sport-40 using an advanced Metal Injection Moulding process. This production method enables extremely accurate head shaping and carefully controlled geometry while retaining the premium characteristics of 304 stainless steel.

Refined machined details complete the construction, creating a modern premium finish while preserving the traditional characteristics golfers expect from a blade putter.

PRECISION-TUNED PEBAX® INSERT

A new Pebax® face insert has been engineered to provide a soft yet responsive sensation at impact. Its low-compression properties are designed to produce uniform energy transfer across the hitting surface, helping maintain consistent ball speed when strike location varies.

This combination of softer feedback and controlled energy transfer helps golfers develop confidence when judging pace on both short putts and longer-distance attempts.

LA GOLF DESCENDING LOFT TECHNOLOGY™

The Sport-40 incorporates LA GOLF Descending Loft Technology™ (DLT), using four progressive lofts of 4°, 3°, 2° and 1° across the face.

The technology is designed to optimise launch despite differences in shaft lean and putter-head position at impact. Producing a more consistent launch helps encourage true end-over-end roll for improved predictability across the putting surface.

40° TOE HANG FOR A SLIGHT ARC

The plumber's neck construction creates 40° of toe hang, giving the Sport-40 the face rotation characteristics required by golfers with a slight arc in their putting stroke.

This provides a different setup to Cobra's face-balanced 0° toe-hang models, allowing golfers who naturally open and close the face during their stroke to achieve a more natural release through impact.
