30-DAY TRIAL - RETURN WITH CONFIDENCE
We want you to feel confident in your choice. That's why all purchases of Srixon ZXi drivers are backed by our 30-day trial period. If it's not the right fit, you can return it for credit. Please review the terms below carefully.
1. TRIAL PERIOD TERMS
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or delivery for custom orders) to test the product.
- If you're not completely satisfied, you may return the driver to the place of purchase for full credit within the trial period.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- The driver must be in very good, usable condition with the original headcover included.
- Returns may be declined if the club shows signs of customisation, excessive wear, or damage beyond normal use.
- Exchanges are not offered. If you'd like to try a different model, please return the original item and make a new purchase separately.
3. HOW TO RETURN YOUR DRIVER
- Return the club to the same store where you purchased it within 30 days. Custom orders must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- You must present your original proof of purchase (receipt).
- Once the product is inspected and approved for return, the store will issue a store credit equal to the purchase price of the driver.
