The Ping iDi Driving Iron represents a significant evolution in driving iron technology, tailored for better players seeking precision, distance, and trajectory control. Available in three lofts - 2, 3, and 4 iron - the iDi allows golfers to choose the ideal fit for their yardage and ball flight window. Each loft is engineered to optimise launch and spin characteristics.
Power Spec and Retro Spec lofts are also available to further dial in performance.
A thinner, forged C300 maraging steel face flexes more efficiently at impact to boost ball speed and distance, ensuring powerful yet controlled shots from the tee or fairway.
The head is crafted from 17-4 stainless steel, designed deeper front-to-back and shallower top-to-bottom. This allows for, 15% higher MOI on high/low strikes, shorter heel-to-toe shape for improved manoeuvrability, flatter lie angle (1 degrees) and shorter length (1/4") per iron for precision control
The innovative inR-Air technology introduces a small air pocket inside the clubhead to dampen sound and enhance feel at impact. A covered cavity and i-Beam internal structure further reduce vibrations and solidify acoustics.
The fixed hosel design accommodates all 10 PING colour codes for lie angle fitting, ensuring the perfect match for your swing. Custom fitting options are available through PING's Retro and Power Specs as well.
