The Ai-DUAL #1 features a classic heel-and-toe weighted blade shape with rounded bumpers and a crank hosel, creating noticeable toe hang. This makes it a strong fit for golfers with a putting stroke that includes more face rotation and an arcing path.
Designed using Artificial Intelligence, the Ai-DUAL insert uses a dual-layer urethane construction with a soft outer layer and a firmer inner layer. This pairing helps maintain consistent ball speeds across the face, while also promoting enhanced forward roll up and down the face. The result is a smooth, responsive feel with dependable distance control.
Odyssey's new Forward Roll Design (FRD) Groove is deeper and more aggressive to help the ball start rolling sooner. Featuring a 19° slope, it works together with the dual-layer insert to improve forward roll across a wider impact area, supporting more consistent results on strikes high or low on the face.
Standard length models are fitted with the lightweight SL 90 steel shaft, featuring 20-30 grams (depending on grip) of counterbalance weight in the butt end. This configuration is designed to promote a smoother tempo and improved stroke consistency, helping you repeat your motion more reliably on the greens.
