At the core of the design is a re-engineered CORTECH Chamber, supported by a lightweight composite crown, a refined sole profile, and a high-performance steel face. IMPROVED CORTECH CHAMBER

The latest CORTECH Chamber has been carefully reworked to vary the internal gap between the chamber wall and the sole. By strategically widening this gap towards the toe and heel, Mizuno engineers have increased face deformation in these common miss areas, while maintaining strong, consistent performance from the centre of the face.

This refined geometry helps retain ball speed on off-centre strikes, producing more consistent carry distances and tighter dispersion. The result is a fairway wood that feels stable and forgiving, while still delivering efficient energy transfer across the entire hitting surface.

SPEED BEVEL SOLE DESIGN

The all-new Speed Bevel sole has been shaped to improve how the club moves through the turf. A more refined leading edge and trailing sole geometry reduce unwanted resistance at impact, helping the club glide cleanly through a variety of lies including fairway, light rough, and tight ground.

This improved turf interaction promotes more consistent strike quality, preserving ball speed and launch conditions even when contact occurs slightly low or heavy. The result is greater confidence when attacking shots from the deck.

WRAP-AROUND COMPOSITE CROWN

Each JPX ONE Fairway features a lightweight wrap-around composite crown that extends around the upper portion of the head. This construction saves critical grams high in the clubhead, allowing weight to be repositioned lower and deeper.

Lowering the centre of gravity helps promote higher launch with controlled spin, making it easier to get the ball airborne while maintaining a strong, stable flight. The composite crown also contributes to a more confidence-inspiring profile at address.

MULTI-THICKNESS CORTECH FACE

The multi-thickness MAS1C steel face is engineered to maximise COR across the hitting area. Variable face thickness is used to optimise flex at impact, ensuring fast ball speeds are maintained not only from the centre, but also across a wider portion of the face.
