We have three loyalty tiers, each offering a different level of discount:
Once you qualify, simply log into your account before browsing and your pricing will automatically update to reflect your membership level. Your discount is shown as live pricing and highlighted via the "Your loyalty price" message on product pages (where applicable).
Placed orders as a guest within the last year? You can still benefit. Create your account using the same email address you used for any guest orders in the previous 12 months, and those purchases will count towards your qualifying spend - helping you reach the next loyalty tier faster.

| I've received multiple emails saying my loyalty status is about to run out - what does this mean? | Your loyalty membership is based on a rolling 365-day period and is calculated daily. If an order becomes 366 days old, it will no longer count towards your loyalty spend total and will drop off, which may reduce your loyalty tier. |
| How do I apply my loyalty discount? | When you are logged into your Golf Gear Direct account, your loyalty discount is applied automatically to eligible items. No code is required - the discounted price is built into the price you see on site. |
| I placed an order over £650 that qualifies me for Eagle - can you refund the 7.5% discount on that order? | Unfortunately not. That order is what qualifies you for Eagle status. Once your tier updates, you'll receive the 7.5% loyalty discount on all eligible purchases made over the following 365 days. |
| I've just placed an order for £650+. How long will it take for my status to update? | Your loyalty tier updates via an overnight process. You can check your current status in the Account Area. If it hasn't updated after this time, please contact us and we'll be happy to help. |
