Srixon has designed the Distance Golf Balls so that every golfer has the ability to add some serious distance to their shots while still being able to play with great control and feel on the golf course.
The core of this golf has been designed by Srixon to feature a soft centre that gradually becomes much firmer towards the outer layers. This FastLayer construction allows for incredible ball speeds to be created due to the way that the energy is transferred from the face of a golf club through the ball.
Srixon has designed the exterior of the Distance golf ball to feature a 324 dimple pattern which has been created using aerodynamic testing so that on every shot the ball slices through the air with reduced air resistance for straighter shots that travel further down the fairway. An ionomer cover has also been used on this golf ball to increase the durability of the ball for year-round use while also allowing for greater greenside spin.
