Ping Milled PLD Anser 2 Golf Putter
The Ping Milled PLD golf putters have been created to provide golfers with a putter that is capable of creating incredible control and consistent performances with incredible quality and precision on the greens.
This Ping golf putter is able to provide incredible feel and speed control on the greens thanks to the precision-milled face pattern that has been used when designing this golf club. This ping putter is able to create this positive performance due to the way that the Aggressive Milling Pattern (AMP) is used, while also using constructive feedback and inspiration from world-class golfers such as Viktor Hovland for a greater design.
Ping has designed the PLD golf putter, which stands for “Putting Lab Design”, to be made available in four different head shapes, the Anser , DS 72 and Prime Tyne 4. This model is very similar to the classic Anser clubhead design but has been constructed with a slightly longer and narrower profile, but still offers the same performance you’d expect from a blade putter. A single alignment line has been added to this golf club so that you can always line up your putts perfectly every time on the green for incredible accuracy.
Ping has used a solid block of forged, 303 stainless steel to create this golf putter and put it through a milling process that can last for more than four hours to create a precisely shaped club head that offers players a premium looking golf club. As part of the design, Ping have incorporated perimeter-weighting into their construction so that golfers can play with a putter that provides plenty of accuracy and control on the greens.
To add further control and precision to the design of this golf club Ping has included a PP58 Midsize Blackout grip which has been chosen because of how much more easily it makes squaring the face at the moment of impact for more accurate putts.
