The head shape incorporates a more rounded version of the Jailbird's structure, optimized to complement the 2-Ball alignment system, which is renowned for its accuracy and ease of use.
This larger mallet head provides a high level of forgiveness, making it particularly suited for golfers with a slower swing tempo or minimal arc in their putting stroke. Its robust design aids in maintaining stability throughout the stroke, giving players more confidence on the green. By combining the alignment benefits of the 2-Ball with the perimeter-weighted stability of the Jailbird, this putter is engineered to improve consistency and performance for golfers of all skill levels.
These putters are equipped with the groundbreaking Ai-One insert, meticulously crafted using Artificial Intelligence. The insert boasts an Aluminum backer with carefully designed contours, co-molded to a White Hot Urethane striking surface. This innovation ensures that you achieve consistent ball speeds across the entire face, even on off-center hits. The classic White Hot feel beloved by both Tour players and amateurs is retained, offering exceptional feedback and a familiar, trusted touch on the greens.
Odyssey's team of designers and engineers have incorporated a Panlite window, a unique automotive-grade polymer, into the design. This transparent window allows golfers to witness the intricate topology of the back of the insert, adding a visually striking element to the putter's appearance.
The putters come with an SL 90 shaft that is lightweight and features a strategic 20-30 grams of counterbalance weight in the butt end, depending on the grip used.
