PowaKaddy UK & ROI Warranty - Effective January 1st, 2025

As of January 1st, 2025, PowaKaddy International Limited and its subsidiaries ("PowaKaddy"), located at Castle Road, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3RN, offer a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty to the purchaser of any new PowaKaddy product (the "Product") purchased from an authorised retailer in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland (ROI).

This warranty covers inherent defects in the Product, subject to the exclusions and conditions detailed below.

Warranty Coverage

Exclusions to the Warranty:

• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect by the customer.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Use of a non-rental electric trolley in a rental or commercial application.
• Unauthorized modifications to the Product.
• Repairs carried out by the consumer or an unauthorized agent.
• Failure to follow battery charging instructions, including leaving the battery in a discharged state for prolonged periods.
• Removal or defacing of serial numbers will invalidate the warranty.
• The Standard Plug 'n' Play 12v & 30v Lithium Batteries are designed for use over 18 holes and must be fully charged before the next round. Attempting to stretch the battery beyond 18 holes can cause early failure and invalidate the warranty.
• The Extended XL Plug 'n' Play 12v & 30v Lithium Batteries are designed to last 36 holes under normal conditions. Factors like hilly courses, wet ground, and heavy golf bags can reduce battery range.
• The XL Plus 30v Lithium Battery is designed for use with RX Series Electric Golf Trolleys and should be considered an 18-hole battery for that application. When used with compatible PowaKaddy trolleys, the range extends up to 36 holes.

Warranty Conditions:

• PowaKaddy's standard warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use. Accidental damage, abuse, or commercial use is not covered.
• PowaKaddy will repair or replace the defective Product or part at its discretion, free of charge.
• PowaKaddy reserves the right to inspect or test any product claimed to be defective.
• The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required. Free repairs or replacements do not carry a new warranty beyond the original purchase date.
• To ensure prompt processing of warranty claims, registration of the Electric Golf Trolley or Battery within 30 days of purchase is required.
• The '5-year Pro-Rata Warranty' on Plug 'n' Play 12v & 30v Lithium Batteries includes a full 3-year standard warranty. In years 4 and 5, a brand-new replacement battery can be purchased at a discount (30% off in year 4 and 15% off in year 5).
• This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to residents of the UK and ROI. Customers outside these regions should contact their retailer or local distributor.
