All Motocaddy Trolleys and chargers are supplied with a 24-month warranty from the purchase date, covering any manufacturing faults under normal use. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or commercial use is not included. Lithium and Lead-acid batteries have their own warranty terms and can be registered online using the Warranty Registration form.
Items purchased from Golf Gear Direct within 30 days will be collected and tested by Motocaddy. After 30 days under your warranty cover, items can be taken to your nearest Motocaddy service agent. A proof of purchase will be required.

If an issue arises within the warranty period, customers should contact their place of purchase or Motocaddy directly, providing proof of purchase. Where needed, spare parts will be posted with instructions, or products will be collected, repaired, or replaced at no charge. LiFePO4 batteries and chargers come with a 24-month standard warranty and an optional 5-year total warranty (3-year extension) upon registration. Warranty is valid for UK and ROI. Covered batteries must retain 75% capacity. Shipping charges may apply for replacements.
These batteries are eligible for a 24-month standard and 3-year limited warranty if registered. In years 3-5, a replacement is offered at a percentage of the listed price (Year 3: 50%, Year 4: 70%, Year 5: 85%). Replacements come with a new 5-year limited warranty.
