General Shipping Information
We offer a range of delivery options for our UK based customers including FREE 5-7 day (handling charge of £1.99 for orders under £50.00), priority dispatch, 1-2 day, Next Working Day and Special Saturday and Sunday deliveries too. To determine which services are available and most suitable for your needs relating to your delivery postcode please study the details below.
Orders can be despatched to your home or workplace and unless you have paid for a special timed delivery, your order will be delivered on a weekday (Monday – Friday) between 8.30am to 5.30pm. Most deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.
We dispatch orders on weekdays only, excluding Bank Holidays. (examples) If you place your order on Thursday after 3.30pm using the Next Working Day service, it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order on Friday before 3.30pm using the Next Working Day service, it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order over the weekend using the Next Working Day service, it will arrive on Tuesday. Please note that Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday or Sunday deliveries as these have specific charges.
We also offer a collect from store service which is available at three locations in Kent. When placing orders for delivery it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for your orders. If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery. Within the shopping cart there is an area where you can add special delivery instructions. For example: "If out, please leave with neighbour" who will be expected to sign for the goods on your behalf. By entering such details you are accepting responsibility for the actions of this third party. We cannot leave tracked parcels without a signature without exception.

Christmas Shipping 2017
To guarantee delivery on or by 22nd December please use the recommended services below.
To guarantee delivery with the Free Standard UK delivery service please place your order by Monday 18th December.
For any orders placed after the 18th December, you must select a premium shipping service.
We have a 3.30pm deadline for orders on the 21st December. If you place your order before the deadline on the 21st of December you must select the Next Working Day Service to guarantee Christmas Delivery.

How do I track my order?
We provide an automatically generated email and text messaging service which provides you with a Tracking Number for parcels shipped with Interlink Express/DPD.
Smaller, lower value packages may be sent with Royal Mail and are ordinarily not trackable.
If you wish to receive shipping alerts by text message you must provide us with a mobile telephone number.

We offer FREE standard delivery to UK Mainland addresses and very competitive rates to other european destinations and international visitors. See the table below for more details.
Delivery times quoted for European destinations are estimated from date of despatch. You will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Additional International Shipping Information
For orders going outside of the UK Mainland that are considerably larger or heavier than average we reserve the right to make an additional charge to cover the increased delivery charges imposed upon us by Interlink Express/DPD. We will always contact you before any additional costs are levied against your payment card.
Additional Shipping Information
Where an order cannot be sent under one consignment, e.g. an Electric Trolley and a Set of Irons (which requires two separate shipments), we may request an additional shipping charge if the cost of delivery is exceptionally high. In this case you will be advised before processing your order at which point you can either accept the charge and we'll continue to dispatch your order or you may amend your order (i.e. remove some items from your order to ship under one consignment ), or you may cancel the entire order.
How quickly do you dispatch my goods?
Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours and you should receive them within 3-5 working days from placing your order. Some items are ordered direct from the manufacturer which can increase this delivery time. In this situation we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date. Please note that an item stated as in stock on the website may still require ordering due to low stock.
Do you offer next day delivery Courier services?
If you need something in a hurry we also offer a next day delivery service on orders placed before 3.30pm. Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday shall be despatched on the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
When will the goods be delivered?
Deliveries can be made to either your home or work address during normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
Do I have to sign for the items?
Please note for most items the recipient is required to sign for the goods on delivery. Shipping takes place only on working days therefore no despatches are made on weekends or public holidays. Goods that require a signature can be left with a neighbour or relative if asked in advanced. All shipments via Interlink Express require a signature and we highly recommend that the goods are not requested to be left in a porch, garage, garden etc if out as the liability for receipt of goods passes to you upon such intructions.
Which Couriers do you use?
UK deliveries are made by either Interlink Express or Royal Mail, and International deliveries are made by DPD (Part of Interlink Express). A signature will be required upon receipt of your order. If there is no-one available to take delivery of your order it will be delivered to the nearest depot and a card will be left giving details of how to re-arrange collection.
