For all Christmas Gift purchases we offer our 30 day returns policy from Christmas Day so shop with confidence this Christmas.

If you change your mind for whatever reason commence your return within 30 days of receipt and simply send the item back to us, as new, with the original receipt and undamaged original packaging and we will be pleased to process an immediate refund,
 no hassle, no questions, for your total peace of mind.
If you wish to receive a new item in place of your original online order please visit the website and place a new order. This will simplify and speed up the process for you.

Please note all returns must be unused, clean, include all original labels affixed and be free from dirt of any kind to qualify for our refund scheme. Special and custom orders cannot be returned under our no-hassles promise unless faulty.

In some cases other guarantees may take precedence. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our offer applies to all full priced NEW inline clubs priced over £299 only with the exception of non standard custom fit products

If for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with the performance of your club(s) within 90 days of purchase you may return them to us at your own expense.

Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned clubs we will e-mail you a voucher worth 80% of the price you paid towards the purchase of alternative clubs.

This offer applies to clubs that are not damaged and show only normal wear for clubs less than 90 days old.

  • This offer does not apply to custom fit Irons/Woods/Hybrids/Wedges or Custom Putter orders
  • This offer does not apply if you have altered the clubs in anyway.
  • This offer does not apply to any discounted or SALE items
  • Any free or discounted goods included with the item should be returned if unused and in original packaging. If the discounted or free gift has been used then it should be kept and the value of these goods will be deducted from the value of the voucher balance that we shall email to you.
