The iCrossover Golf Iron Hybrid has been designed by Ping to allow golfers to experience a compact golf club which features a lower centre of gravity to generate faster ball speeds and higher launch angles so that long-iron performance can be achieved with consistency.
Constructed using a maraging steel club face this Ping golf club features a lower hinge point to provide faster ball speeds while also increasing the launch so that greater distance can be created while also increasing the stopping power on every long shot. To allow for optimised ball flight this golf club also includes a new Trajectory Tuning 2.0 hosel that offers 8 loft/lie settings.
In the clubhead, Ping has used a smaller internal cavity which includes an EVA Polymer to provide an improved sound when making contact with a ball while also enhancing the feel too. Precision-milled MicroMax grooves have also been used when constructing the face of the club.
Shorter club lengths are available with the iCrossover so that golfers are able to play with a club that feels much more natural and ensures greater control on every shot.
