These grooves have tighter tolerances and greater volume, resulting in increased spin on the ball. The technology boosts groove depth by 11% and sharpens groove edges by 40%, ensuring maximum spin.
Additionally, Cobra's progressive spin technology customizes groove length and depth for each wedge loft, with traditional groove length and narrower, deeper grooves for the 48-54-degree lofts and full-face groove length and wider, shallower grooves for the 56-60-degree lofts.
This design maximizes spin on open-face shots that connect with the high toe area. Furthermore, the 58- and 60-degree wedges include a versatile notch design that shifts the notch towards the heel, enhancing clubhead delivery on any turf or sand conditions.
