With a maximum performance 460cc size, TSR1 is 40 grams lighter than TSR2, achieved through a lighter headweight, a 40-gram shaft, and a lightweight grip. The removal of excess weight and improved aerodynamics, along with its "boat tail" shape, similar to TSR2, allows golfers to swing TSR1 with greater speed and ease through the air.
The TSR1 also features Multi-Plateau Variable Face Thickness technology, which helps to maintain speed even on off-center hits, and a deep CG that is nearly perfectly centered to the face, resulting in higher launch and exceptional ball speed.
This club has been carefully crafted to eliminate any non-essential weight, resulting in a lightweight construction that offers exceptional performance.
This driver features the innovative Multi-Plateau Variable Face Thickness design that was first introduced in the TSR2, TSR3 (Speed Ring), and TSR4 drivers. This technology optimizes speed retention even on off-center strikes.
The center of gravity is positioned deep, which increases MOI and promotes high launch and exceptional ball speed. The TSR1 driver has the deepest center of gravity in a Titleist driver and is almost perfectly centered to the face.
