Christmas 2011 Returns

For Christmas 2011 we are offering a special 21 day returns policy that starts on Christmas day. So, any order that's been placed in December for Christmas Gift that you wish to exchanged or refunded can be done if its returned to the address below before Monday 16th Janaury 2012. Please ensure any returned goods are kept in their original packaging and have any labels that were in the package included on the return. Any item that we feel is not re-saleable will be returned back to the sender.

How do I track my order?

We provide an automatically generated email and text messaging service which provides you with a Tracking Number for parcesls shipped with Interlink Express. Smaller, lower value packages may be sent with Royal Mail and are sometimes not trackable.
If you wish to receive shipping alerts by text message you must provide us with a mobile telephone number.

How much does it cost to ship?

We offer FREE standard delivery to UK mainland addresses and very competitive rates to other european destinations and international visitors. See the table below for more details.

Additional International Shipping Information

For orders going outside of the UK Mainland that are considerably larger or heavier than average we reserve the right to make an additional charge to cover the increased delivery charges imposed upon us by Interlink Express/DPD. We will always contact you before any additional costs are levied against your payment card.

Additional Shipping Information

Where an order cannot be sent under one consignment, e.g. an Electric Trolley and a Set of Irons (which requires two separate shipments), we may request an additional shipping charge if the cost of delivery is exceptionally high. In this case you will be advised before processing your order at which point you can either accept the charge and we'll continue to despatch your order or you may amend your order (i.e. remove some items from your order to ship under one consignment ), or you may cancel the entire order.

How quickly do you dispatch my goods?

Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours and you should receive them 3-5 working days from placing your order. Some items are ordered direct from the manufacturer which can increase this delivery time. In this situation we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date. Please note that an item stated in stock on the site still may need ordering due to low stock.

Do you offer next day Courier?

If you need something in a hurry we can also offer a next day delivery service on orders placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday shall be despatched on the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery. Simply state that on the delivery options or Please call us to place your order by mail order

When will the goods be delivered?

Deliveries can be made to either your home or work address during normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm except public holidays.

Do I have to sign for the items?

Please note for most items the recipient is required to sign for the goods on delivery. Shipping takes place only on working days therefore no despatches are made on weekends or public holidays. Goods that require a signature can be left with a neigbour or relative if asked in advanced. All shipments via Interlink Express require a signature and we highly reccomend that the goods are not requested to be left in a porch, garage, garden etc if out.

Which Couriers do you use?

UK delivery is by Interlink Express and Royal Mail, and International deliveries are by DPD (Part of Interlink Express). A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so if no-one is available at the time of delivery then your order will be delivered to the nearest depot and a card will be left giving details of how to arrange collection.
