The Super Select Newport Plus from Scotty Cameron has been designed with a slightly wider face-to-flange measurement, resulting in a new size of high-performance blade putter.
To ensure optimal performance, Scotty has utilized a proven multi-material design methodology, which has allowed for weight distribution around the putter's perimeter. An anodized clear 6061 aircraft grade aluminum sole plate has been incorporated into the design and engraved with the line's refined graphics.
The putter also features a milled flange sight line for accurate alignment and customizable stainless steel sole weights to maintain balance. To complete the package, a textured Pistolini Plus grip, shaft band, and Super Select headcover have been included.
The Super Select Newport Plus has an innovative, slightly wider profile than standard blade dimensions, which provides a unique, confidence-inspiring view from address and increases MOI while preserving the looks and clean alignment associated with blade putters.
The Super Select Newport Plus extends Scotty Cameron’s proven construction methodology of incorporating complementary materials to achieve desired performance characteristics. Each ‘Plus’ model employs a precision milled 6061 aircraft grade aluminum sole plate expertly designed into the 303 stainless steel putter head, which allows for proper weight distribution, balance and feel.
Each Super Select Newport Plus features performance weighting with two heel-toe steel sole weights matched to putter length for consistent feel and performance at any length.
