The Mizuno Pro Fli Hi irons have been designed to generate as much ball speed as possible thanks to the face that has been used, which is usually only ever used on their fairway woods. The MAS1C steel material that has been used when crafting the face of this iron has previously been used on the Mizuno ST-X 220 Hybrid with great performance. The use of the material in the driving irons has resulted in a much more high-speed face to create mich more speed and distance, making the Fli-Hi irons a real alternative to hybrids and rescues at the top end of your bag.
The MAS1C face has been paired with a flexible 431SS body which has had a 21g Tungsten weight placed inside the hollow body to produce the perfect ball flight from a long iron as well as creating plenty of stability. Mizuno has also used their “Harmonic Impact Technology” which has been used to make sure that golfers are protected from the harsh vibrations that can be created on longer shots while producing the perfect sound of the ball coming off of the clubface. Features:
For the first time ever, we used the high ball speed face material generally reserved for our fairway woods in a Mizuno iron.
Combining a bendable 431SS body, MAS1C face and 21g Tungsten weight – dedicated to producing a consistent, reliable flight.
With such a complex construction, Mizuno's modelling of vibration (Harmonic Impact Technology) was vital in designing a satisfying sound from the conception.
Turn the lights out on the competition with a fully blacked out ION plating.
